Please clarify: is there any indication that the Downing memo was out before November 2004? If so, that Kerry was aware of it?
I was one of many arguing that there was no case for war, that intelligence was being manipulated, that Bush had Iraq as a target before 9-11 - but no one in power (Republican or Democrat) seemed to be able or willing to hear our argument.
It is, indeed, very OLD NEWS - the fact that it’s "old" is what makes it so relevant today.
