Rodriquez doen’t have a clue what actually happened on 9/11. I was in the lobby of the north tower when the plan hit and distinctly heard and slightly felt the impact. Besides the noise from the impact there was no other sound or vibration that was beneath my feet (as in the basement). Within 5 to 10 seconds later I was engulfed by a fireball that came down the elevator shaft. I’m sure the people in the basement felt the affects of this fireball including Mr. Rodriquez. I am 100% certain that he was unaware what had transpired upstairs and could have concluded that what he witnessed was before the impact. HE IS WRONG! End of story!
