Of course this all pre-supposes that he is ignorant or a fool. I don’t believe it for a minute. I think this is all part of the Bush administration’s plan. BTW, I heard recently that a contract was signed with Haliburton a couple years ago to rebuild the coastline in the event of a hurricane. About the same time they withdrew the funding for the levees. I think they wanted it to happen because they have plans to re-develop the area without the Blacks. I can just imagine that Redneck thinking that it’s a terrible waste of valuable land. They have to go. Americans need to remove him from office, either by impeachment for a shot from a rifle.
