How exactly does blowing up a levee save a city? This levee was built to keep water out. By intentionally causing more water to fill the city the Bush Administration has suspended gravity and actually kept a portion of the city dry while flooding it. Wake up, you’re giving all conspiracy theorists a bad name. Or was that your intention all along?
