You obviously don’t know anything about New Orleans. New Orleans is 70% black. So the majority of people who are going to be criminals are black, the majority of people who are on welfare are black. Why did that sad behavior only occur in New Orleans and not the rest of the Gulf Coast. Well, think about it, the majority of the people in the Gulf Coast either evacuated or died; there was no filling up of the bowl like what happened to the survivors of Katrina.
