First NO City showed a significant decline at all of crimes.
Second, a friend of mine was trapped on a roof and was told to flash her titts to the officers to be rescued. she declined and so they took off with the words too get help from someone else then.
When the majority of the suffering people would be white and immidiate help refused right away as well, they would start looting, roobing and killing too. What do you do when you have no water and food for a few days, you get desperate.
And how come the only way out of the devastated area was one road only and gets blocked by the county next door. The survivers were told they cant pass and have to return. How come foreign survivors of other countries are saying that the police, fema and military where almost non supporting at all. How come it was not possible to get enough buses to evacuate the dome in a proper manner? 14 buses on the first pick up day? You joking? they were requesting first more than 400 and few hours later even more than a thousand buses. But for some reason they were hold back. I just wonder why?
Why does the levee have water burn marks? burn marks under water can only be created by explosives used by the military. Why burn marks?
And i think Bushes mama (mom) made it clear with her actual quotation AND SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE ARENA HERE, YOU KNOW, WHERE UNDERPRIVILEGED ANYWAY SO THIS (small giggling) THIS IS WORKING VERY WELL FOR THEM.
By the way the united nations has a law against the use of weather devices, which tells it is illegal to create hurricanes, earth quakes, dry periods, floods, tsunamis, etc.. Its true check it up.
When there is a law needed for that then such devices are existing. HAARP is one known one and the russians play with devices too. The tsunami had no epic center (earthquake) which is scientifically total strange and uncommon and never seen before. Strange again.
NEW ORLEANS is just a smaller 911. most of the staging was done her afterwards though. (bombing levee, wait centuries for proper help and aid, etc.)
AND dont think New Orleans will be rebuilt. It will be "rechanged". Fema is buying up all the destroyed land (because of harzadous waste they say, and most people cant afford it themselfes to be cleaned). In a few years you will have the first casinos etc.. ITS more economical to have another booming gaming metropole then a with poor black people populated area.
