People who are excluded from participating in an economy are forced to survive by other means, including welfare. Please get an education yourself. If you believe that many minorities are not victims of predjudice and are allowed to access the best opportunities available, I ask you to refer to a good history book. Not only are many people disenfranchised today due to class and color, they have been victimized for centuries. Again, please educate yourself.
