try Portugal, quietly they had a successful socialist revolution in 1976, and have been doing incredibly well ever since., I just spent 6 wks in Lisboa, everyone has hi-fi, video projectors, reliable public transport, rent is $80 a month, beer is 30cents, and a good meal is $4!!
