I think I see the big picture now. The mayor of New Orleans in cahoots with
FEMA decided to get rid of the finacial drain called the ninth ward by
waiting on a hurricane. While everybody was busy getting out, under the cover
of the storm Navy Seals swam to the levee and planted explosives. Using the
remote controled barge they steered it into the levee and blew it up. With no
homes to go to they could transplant the welfare dependants for other states
to pick up the tab. They won’t be back with no homes to go to. Now with FEMA
grants they can rebuild the ninth ward with time share condos full of people
ready to spend money on gambling,booze and whores.
