One must realize there will be BILLIONS of dollars pouring in of TAXPAYER money to be used to bulldoze dwellings of displaced citizens, in order to make way for the condos and casinos and companies like Haliburton of course will be right there (funny how that happens) to collect (siphon off) Billions. What a great racket. And you the American taxpayer will be the one to finance this THEFT and all the ’lucky’ investors will make offf like bandits. (be nice to see and publish a list of just who is making the billions off of this potential crime on a city.
Would someone pay to have the levees breeched if they stood to make BILLIONS in the process??? Naaaahhhh that could never happen. Not for a hundred million billion zillion dollars nobody would ever be that dishonest...
