Yes.. Marlon Manuel has it right..he being a Constitutional scholar and all. I think it goes something like this:
A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a FREE STATE, the right of the police and army to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Oh and yes.. those guns are bad. Why just the other day I had to chase a couple of mine down who had escaped from their locked cabinet and were causing mayhem all around here. Did it all on their own.
