REallly? WEll, say if you had been planning to rid the New Orleans coast of as one congessman put it "god did what we couldn’t do for the public housing problem in NO" and wanted a "clean slate" without the mostly poor black neighborhoods taking up valuable space what would you do?
It’s no secret now mafia type gambling and hotel interests and their bankers are going to decend on the poor black’s neigborhoods like flies on ....honey. Weather modification is real and now openly discussed. Plenty of witnesses testify they heard explosions as the levees broke.
Face it. Perhaps this was another terrorist attack by the same forces that have profited from the former ’attacks’. What is so hard about understanding that ’organized crime’ especially when it comes to billions of dollars and almost unchecked political power is able to manipulate even the highest recesses of government. Who profits? We’ll see.
