This is certainly believable as this group of Cheney et al. will do anything to get what they want. Cheney is always M.I.A. when things happen, probably behind the scenes getting Haliburton rolling.
I think that Haliburton may be having lots of workers in Iraq complaining and wanting to come back to US to work, now they can. This IS w. and Dick’s "Perfect Storm", lots of money to be made by the already wealthy (Haliburton), And lots of poverty to spread (especially important before the new bankruptcy laws).
One should ask WHY are these people being forced to leave, especially the ones whose neighborhoods were not flooded?
Watch the counts of the dead...they are also under contract of a W. friend’s business and the numbers are being fixed!
Face the facts...NOTHING is beyond this group of crminals in their quest for money, power, elitism!!
