I lived a few blocks from the 17th street canal levee breach on Avenue A inbetween 36th & 38th streets. This area is called "Lakeview" & is one of the only completely WHITE areas of New Orleans. So, I think your theory of eliminating the blacks from the New Orleans population through this levee breach is completely incorrect! If that was the case this levee would have been spared & only the London Ave & Industrial canal levees would have been brached. I’ve got a simple idea....why don’t you do some research before you spread more rumors!
