> Press Silence on Impeachment

Have you researched the 14th amendment? To what jury are you referring? Section 3 of same clearly states that the congress by a two-thirds vote of both houses shall remove such a "disability," relating to any public officer at the state or federal level, including military, who has engaged in "insurrection or rebellion," or has given "aid or comfort to the enemies..."

How does this provision apply to G.W. Bush? Please explain. And, I didn’t state that impeachment automatically leads to removal from office. But, constitutionally speaking, it is the necessary first step. Then, the Senate would have to convict by a two-thirds vote for the president to be removed from office.
