Bush, for instance, when asked by (who knows how this happened) an unscripted barrage of media questions "why do you still encourage americans to believe there was a connection between IRaq and 9/11 when clearly there was none" we get the same answer, again and again: "uhh, I didn’t hear that, sorry..uhh repeat" "uhh...I have a hard time understanding that question" "oh I see, why, well, there WAS a connection between IRaq and 9/11...I mean, uhhh, what I mean is that 9/11 changed my outlook on international policy..." blah blah blah
