Egan for Rating: Last Winter I bought a Black Decker PHV1800CB 18-Volt Pivoting-Nose Cordless Energy-Star Handheld Vacuum Cleaner.It met my needs until I vaecumud up something wet possibly wet leaves that had blown into my home. When that happened although I could clean my outer filter with soap and water, my inner filter became more clogged than a simple wash/dry would clear so I knew I’d have diminished vacuuming power until I bought a new filter. I bought these on Amazon at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. (I shop around) I got several months of good use and power out of the original filter until I made the mistake of tackling something wet.Except for a design problem with the vacuum,(awkward emptying), I’ve found this hand vacuum very helpful around the house and in the car.
