Deal with the credit crisis at the Local level

Economy-budget USA

With the trouble that around 75% of Americans are in bad credit, maybe its time to encourage local legislation to deal with this. In Philadelphia, when the forclosure process begins they require both partys to come to a settlement that the debtor can afford. Simply rewrite the laws at the local level and ban forclosures. the local municipalities will keep on getting the local taxes this way

If this were enacted it would at least keep us from having neighbouthood values decrease even further, and keep familys from being forced onto the streets. its obvious the compassionate Bush administration wants us all broke and homeless, lets beat them at their game.Force the banks to renegotiate the loans at prime interest rates and 40 year loans if necessary, to keep Americans in their homes.
