Called by Afghans for Peace, supported by Stop the War.
The cold blooded killing of fifteen Afghan civilians, including young
children, by a US soldier in Kandahar Province earlier today is an outrage
that encapsulates the brutality of the occupation of Afghanistan. It comes
at a time of widespread anger against NATO forces, and growing calls for
the occupation to end.

BDS on trial before the Paris Court of Appeal : A MASQUERADE
10 March 2012A masquerade, lies and hypocrisy were once again on show last Thursday 8 March in the Court of Appeal of Paris where Olivia Zémor appeared for posting on the website www.europalestine.com a video of a boycott action by a dozen organisations which took place on July 4, 2009 in a Carrefour supermarket in Evry.
The 4 plaintiff lawyers as usual repeated their same old mantras about the "great Israeli democracy" that we seek to "delegitimize" by daring to speak of apartheid, as well as "Hamas (…) -
Kilkis, Northern Greece: Occupation and self-management of the city’s general ho
10 March 2012According to a statement (4-2/2012) released by the workers’ general assembly in the General Hospital of Kilkis, the doctors, nurses and other staff declare that the long-lasting problems of the National Health System (ESY) in the country cannot be solved through limited claims of the health services sector. Thus, workers at the General Hospital respond to the regime’s acceleration of fascism by occupying this public general hospital and putting it under their direct and complete control. (…)

10 March 20123/11 One Year After the Worst Nuclear Accident In History
We’ve learned some important things since a 9.0 earthquake, and subsequent tsunami, racked 14 nuclear power plants in Japan. We’ve learned some important things, that is, if you believe the spin doctors.

Absorb it? If you wipe up a spill, with a paper towel, you still have to dispose of the paper towel. And, in this case, the (…) -
First They Came For the . . . revisited
9 March 2012At first they came for the Muslims, but they are foreign to me, my god had a different name, and those people’s names are too hard to pronounce . . . So I said nothing.
[for 8 months, after 9-11, the NYPD spied on the Muslim community only to discover that there were no terrorist among them. The atrocities against Muslims continued with the Bush administration’s illegal wars of aggression in Central Asia. A decade later Obama ordered the assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki and his two (…) -

The French Foreign Ministry was quick to deny the reports, saying (…) -
International Women’s Day: Zionist censorship hides huge Muslim infant deaths
8 March 20128 March is International Women’s Day, a day on which we reflect on the great gains in women’s rights around the world but also on the progress that needs to be made against sexism, misogyny and other violation of women’s rights.
A major area of concern remains the reproductive choice of women that is opposed by religious fundamentalists who declaim the Right to Life of the Unborn. However in a process of appalling and deadly hypocrisy these same US Alliance Christian fundamentalists (…) -

"The government spokesman keeps saying there are no IMMEDIATE health effects," the 48-year-old nursery school worker (…) -
