The New York Times covers the 9/11 Truth movement...
The grainy 30-second commercials are eerie and cryptic, and they suggest a government cover-up of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. One implies that no plane flew into the Pentagon. The other suggests that 7 World Trade Center, which collapsed late in the afternoon that day, was detonated from within.
The advertisements, which ran repeatedly here and in New York between Oct. 20 and (...)

Did Bush fix the elections? Why did Kerry throw in the towel so soon?

The appearance of Osama bin Laden bang on cue was suspicious, to say the least, as is now the increasing evidence pointing toward election fraud in the United States of America on November 2nd. Exit polls in sensitive districts just don’t add up to the official figures. Did Bush fix it?
In Ohio, for instance, the sensitive state which gave Bush the 20 electoral college votes he needed, CNN exit polls among women awarded Kerry the vote by 53 to 47% and among (...) -

An influential foreign-policy neoconservative with long-standing ties to top hawks in the administration of President George W. Bush has laid out what he calls "a checklist of the work the world will demand of this president and his subordinates in a second term."
The list, which begins with the destruction of Fallujah in Iraq and ends with the development of "appropriate strategies" for dealing with threats posed by China, Russia and "the emergence of a number of (...) -
Bush’s ’Incredible’ Vote Tallies
11 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
4 commentsGeorge W. Bush’s vote tallies, especially in the key state of Florida, are so statistically stunning that they border on the unbelievable.
by Sam Parry
While it’s extraordinary for a candidate to get a vote total that exceeds his party’s registration in any voting jurisdiction - because of non-voters - Bush racked up more votes than registered Republicans in 47 out of 67 counties in Florida. In 15 of those counties, his vote total more than doubled the number of registered Republicans (...) -

You are transparent to the entire world, except yourselves!
There is no truth to your stated ’Humanitarian’ efforts. Today: Fallujah? Tomorrow: ?
It is absurd to massacre perhaps an entire population just to capture or kill the only people left who have the courage to fight against US presence in Iraq, (...) -
Investigate The Vote! (Moveon.org)
11 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
10 commentsDear MoveOn member,
Questions are swirling around whether the election was conducted honestly or not. We need to know — was it or wasn’t it?
If people were wrongly prevented from voting, or if legitimate votes were mis-counted or not counted at all, we need to know so the wrongdoers can be held accountable, and so we can prevent this from happening again.
Members of Congress are demanding an investigation to answer this question. The decision on whether or not there will be an (...) -

Religion and politics used to be two issues polite company did not discuss at the dinner table. But as the ill-mannered Neo-Puritan Right belches and bellows victoriously over their bread, it is clear that they have changed the rules of American civility in the most unappetizing ways. A Crucifix now dangerously adorns the body politic and threatens to crucify anyone who doesn’t pander to the pious.
At its best, religion is a deeply personal tool to build a better life, (...) -
An Open Letter To The Congress of the United States of America:
11 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentDear Congressperson,
There is massive mis-trust of the equipment and tactics used in the election on November 2nd, 2004, and in the electoral primaries.
The glue that holds this country together is the right to vote and have it be counted. That glue is being severely tested by an earthquake of massive proportions because results generated in a computer can not be trusted. It is time for in-depth investigation of exactly what occurred, and absolutely un-violable methods and procedures (...) -

Those "moral values" Republicans - you know, the ones who supposedly tipped the election in favor of the War Party - really are a hoot. Forget the Iraq war - killing tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians for no clear reason isn’t a moral question as far as these folks are concerned. What they’re really up in arms about is gay marriage and Hollywood’s moral depravity (or do I repeat myself?). But what about this kind of depravity?
"The Iraq war, [Norman Podhoretz] (...)
