The Bush Wars have been associated with post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories totalling 1.5-2 million and 3-6 million, respectively; post-invasion under-5 infant deaths totalling 0.6 million and 2.3 million, respectively; and refugees totalling 4.5 million and 4 million, respectively (as estimated in late 2007).
