Letter to the World re Climate Racism, Climate Terrorism & Climate Genocide by Apartheid Australia.

Dear Sir/Madam,

First World-imposed climate genocide is predicted (from estimates of top UK climate scientist Dr James Lovelock FRS) to kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century, this carnage including 6 billion under-5 year old infants, 3 billion Muslims (a Muslim Holocaust 500 times greater than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust or the "forgotten" WW2 Bengali Holocaust), 2 billion Indians, 1.4 billion non-Arab Africans, 0.6 billion Arabs, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis. [1].

“Annual per capita greenhouse gas (GHG) pollution” in units of “tonnes CO2-equivalent per person per year” is presently 0.9 (Bangladesh), 0.9 (Pakistan), 2.2 (India), 3.1 (Developing World), 5.5 (China), 6.7 (the World), 11 (Europe), 16 (Developed World), 23 (Canada), 27 (the US) and 30 (Australia; or 54 if Australia’s huge Exported CO2 pollution is included). [2, 3].

The Australian commitment is for “60% off 2000 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050” and its conditional position in May 2009 in relation to global action on GHG pollution was: “The Rudd Government has today committed to reduce Australia’s [domestic] carbon pollution by 25 per cent below 2000 levels by 2020 if the world agrees to an ambitious global deal to stabilise levels of CO2 equivalent at 450 parts per million or lower …Advanced economy reductions, in aggregate, of at least 25% below 1990 levels by 2020…Major developing economy commitments that slow emissions growth and then reduce their absolute level of emissions over time, with a collective reduction of at least 20% below business-as-usual by 2020.” [3].

Simple analysis (using authoritative data from the US Energy Information Administration, the US Environment Protection Authority and the UN Population Division) shows that this policy means that the Australian Government will only agree to “annual per capita GHG emissions” in “tonnes CO2-e per person per year” in 2020 of 17.2 (Domestic) and 44.8 (Domestic plus Exported) provided the Developed World achieves 8.9 and the Developing World 3.0. This is dog-in-the-manger climate terrorism, climate injustice and indeed climate racism. [3].

Just as the World successfully applied Sanctions against anti-African, anti-Asian, anti-Indian, UK-, US-, Apartheid Australia- and Apartheid Israel-supported Apartheid South Africa, so the World (and the Developing World in particular) must urgently apply Sanctions, Boycotts, Green Tariffs, Reparations Demands and prosecutions at the International Criminal Court (ICC) against climate racist, climate terrorist, climate genocidal Apartheid Australia and similar climate criminal countries that threaten the World with a Climate Genocide and an unimaginable Climate Holocaust involving 10 billion excess deaths this century.

Top scientists, including the prestigious UK Royal Society, are telling the World that atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) must be urgently REDUCED from the present 390 parts per million (ppm) (and currently INCREASING at 2.5 ppm annually) to a safe and sustainable level of about 300 ppm for a safe planet for all peoples and all species. [4, 5].
