Get Rid Of Bush, Legally,Constitutionally Without Impeachment

Are you all aware that there is another way to remove a president other than impeachment? Via the 25th Amendment of the Constitution a president may removed for cause, in this case it would be for madness re: unleashing nuclear war on the world using Iran as an excuse. This jackass has to be removed and checked into the Betty Ford clinic at once. For more info:

Americans, lets stop, bitching and pissing and moaning like a bunch of impotent jerks and get in touch with our spineless reps in congress. Point out to them that this is a way to get rid of bush without taking a real stand on anything.
That’ll appeal to ’em.

Tell the representatives that are, at this very moment, attempting to legalize TORTURE to cover his and their collective asses. Fat chance any of them will lift a finger. Besides, anyone who’s invested in OIL will appreciate Bush’s wars.
Hey Americans! gas prices are down - go back to sleep!

Nothing about claiming him mad - He has to claim himself mad.
Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Section 3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

Basically in Sec. 4 is says that the Cabinet may in writing declare the president unfit. The problem is I really don’t see that band of stout hearts doing anything that requires a spine.

Hope you realize that your LINK, for me, is being blocked. Plus the menu shows two posts, but my display of your article shows nothing! There’s funny business here for all to see!
However, there’s something else about Bush that only a few know about and when that surfaces, you’ll know well why we’ve all had to go through all of this insanity! Beware though as Clinton is part of this too.
It’s not that he’s insane, but more that he’s part of a huge mammoth sized criminal system! I was in a family for more than 26 years that was part of it and the corruption problem is only the tip of a huge iceberg that we all need to learn about.

Come November we all need to vote INDEPENDENT and forge a new era by flushing out this parasitic ’Congress’ a group of corrupt traitors who are as guilty as the Bush administration in executing and maintaining the Neo-cons’ hopelessly counter-productive policies. If we don’t flush these vipers down the sewer where they belong, we truly don’t deserve to have a real democracy.
