Now I want to be absolutely clear, what the President ordered in this case was a crime. Now we can debate whether he had a good or bad motivation, but it was a crime.

The Supreme Court has rejected the very claims being made by the President with regard to the NSA operation, it is in direct contradiction of FISA.

The federal law makes it clear- you cannot engage in this type of domestic surveillance without comitting a crime.
We can debate the wisdom of that, we can debate why the President may have done it, but in my view, the President committed a crime, and we have to deal with that as citizens. And unfortunately, you have to deal with that as members of Congress.
It strikes an alarming circumstance when the President can go into a press conference and announce that he has violated a federal statute 30 times, and promises to continue to do so until someone stops him. That is the most remarkable admission that I have ever heard from a President of the United States…

Actually Bush has violated much more than what we know from the news. I was in a family for more than 26 years who joined Organized Crime only this wasn’t any ordinary Crime System. They laundered Drug money and Corruption money straight into property using Mortgage Fraud Techniques with Banks.
Guess whom they were laundering money for?
Wiretapping is one issue but there are many others that still need to surface that will more than shock everyone. Try thinking about how they have been eliminating people who threaten their existence? No one will believe this, I can assure you.
Jonathan Turley is one of my favorites. Jon, if you’re reading this, please keep up the good work.
From what I know about this Monster Criminal System, it’s much larger than what already has surfaced. Plus it’s gone on for decades and the other crimes connected to this group will more than surprise you. Many Conspiracies from the past will be thankfully straightened out and then known as truth once there is closure.
