Lest we forget the lies (almost 3000 troops died because of them...and many more will join them!)

A brief history of the Bush Administration. Just a reminder of how utterly FAKE and insincere a government can be:

1999 Karl Rove and others approach Bush in Texas and suggest he run for president. He was the governor of Texas and OK’d the death penalty for 152 prisoners without even one reprieve!

2000 Members of the Neocon group in the Pentagon begin discussing with George W. Bush the prospect of attacking Iraq.
Dick Cheney, always the power hungry freak,campaigns for the VP position in the upcoming Bush race. He "pretends" to be humbled at being asked to serve! Actually his connections to Halliburton and Enron are invaluable and he will enrich them considerably when in office.

2000 Election stolen. Electoral College vows it will support Bush even if the Supreme Court votes in favor of Gore! (a no win for Al!)

Then, of course 9/11, 2001, and Bush’s phony bullhorn speech on top of the rubble with a fire chief.

The MEDIA war blitz! Full support of Bush’s attack on Afghanistan and constant lies about sophisticated underground bunkers owned by al Qaeda, and stories of that organization living in caves. Bush’s promise to chase them out of their caves and to bring them to justice...with a BIG focus on "Wanted, Dead or Alive" bin Laden, after which US troops allow him to escape more than once.

The Shock and Awe attack on Iraq with minimal troops, after an endless slew of lies by Bush and Cheney, among which were Saddam’s "threat" to the US with nukes and other WMDs!,claims that Saddam had ties to al Qaeda,and the State of the Union claim of Yellow Cake in Africa. Then Colin Powell’s lies about chemical trucks and drones which could bomb the US with dangerous bio weaponry! And George Tenet’s "Slam Dunk" claim!

The lies by "Curveball" (Chalabi’s cousin), among which were stories about underground bunkers in the center of Baghdad!

The fake Jessica Lynch rescue.

The fake Padilla "dirty bomb" plan

The "Mission Accomplished lie" The phony Pat Tillman "friendly fire" hero story.

The endless phony color code warnings.

The torture revelations and immediate denials that "we don’t torture"...Bush still makes that claim!

The CIA "secret prisons" and renderings of suspects to foreign countries to be tortured...and the constant denials...until recently, that these actions occured.

Just remember all of this the next time someone asks you WHY you hate the Bush administration.
