Help Local 802 and Kaufman Center Teachers Win a Fair
First Contract!

The Kaufman Center has committed unfair labor practices
and spent over $750,000 on union-busting lawyers, but
refuses to negotiate any health or pension benefits for
90% of its faculty!

Along with no benefits, the 130 music, dance and drama
teachers at the Kaufman Center have no job security, and
receive 50-cent raises. Some of these teachers have
been at the Center for more than 25 years.

After a 20-month anti-union campaign, Kaufman teachers
finally were forced to vote to strike.

Join Us on the Picket Line starting Sunday, October 26,
and every day thereafter, (except no picketing Friday
afternoons and all day Saturday) anytime from
8:30am-8pm.
