Nouri Mesmari turned himself over to the French secret service and, according to the Italians, he masterminded the revolution against Gaddafi. The document was leaked to Italian newspaper Libero.

"A Canadian General will take over command of the NATO mission in Libya, according to a White House official. Lieutenant-General Charles Bouchard has been designated by NATO as head of the alliance’s military campaign in Libya.
