Nuclear Wars and conflicts Governments USA

Intent on spreading their unique brand of "catastrophic sucess" Cheney and his Boy Blunder have set their sights on Iran.

They tell us that the mad , psychopathic mullahs are men of such deranged mindset , that no negotiation is possible.

This vile demagogy plays to the worst instinct of Americans who have been brainwashed since birth to harbor this infantile view of the country.

Cheney ,if not Bush, certainly knows that :

a) Iran is a signatory country to the non proliferation treaty

b) Iran has submitted to exhaustive inspections by the UN’s watchdog agecy , The IAEA.

c) There is no evidence that Iran is currently seeking to build nuclear bombs

d) that all so called "nuke bomb " tips from the Bush-Cheney sponsored terrorist group , MEK, have turned out to be "garbage" d) Iran has an unalienable right to build nuclear civilian power plants (Article 4 / NPT ) and

e) Iran , on March 23 2005, offered the EU 3 (West Germany , Great Britain and France ) a proposal allowing for unlimited UN inspections in exchange for allowing Iran to go forward with it’s civilian nuclear power programme.

Given the fact that Iran has no capacity to build a nuclear bomb for several years into the future , there is no reason not to accept their proposal , unless the Bush -Cheney administration is hell- bent on their long cherished goal of launching a preemptive nuclear war against Iran.

Iran is being targeted for nuclear annhilation . Contrast the treatment the Islamic Republic is receiving with the "kid gloves" approach , the Bush administration has adopted to governments that have submitted to the PNAC Plan for Global World Domination

Examples :

1 ) " Board Members of the UN atomic agency approved a deal Thursday that exempts Saudi Arabia from nuclear inspections , despite serious misgivings about the arrangement in an era of heightened nuclear proliferation fears . " ( " Saudi Arabia exempt from nuke inspections : IAEA " Associated Press , June 16 2005 )

2) Pakistani President (Pervez Musharraf) has vowed never to allow the UN nuclear agency , The International Atomic Energy Agency, into the country despite admitting that the man behind it’s nuclear weapons programme sold nuclear know how and equipment to three of President Bush’s so called "axis of evil states. "This is a sovereign country. No document wil be given. No independent investigation will take place." (according to the Pak President) ( "Pakistan will not allow UN nuclear searches ", The Irish Times )

3) "On Novembre 7 ,2001 BBC’s Television’s Newsnight and the Guardian of London reported that the Bush administration thwarted investigations of Dr . A Q Khan , known as the father of Pakistan’s atomic bomb ." ( " Khan Job : Bush spiked probe of Pakistan’s Dr. Strangelove , BBC reported in 2001" , Greg Palast website , February 9 2004 )

4) "Mr . Sharon , quoted by Israeli Army Radio , said Israel did not intend to change it’s "no show , no tell" policy of nuclear ambiguity. "I dont know what he (Al Baradei) is coming to see " ( BBC July 7 ,2004 )

4) "Brazil is planning to commission later this year a uranium enrichment plant , that if configured (for that purpose) could fuel several nuclear weapons annually... Brazil has promised not to make make such weapons and is obligated to allow the IAEA to ensure this is so. But this spring Brazil took the extraordinary step of barring the plant’s doors to the IAEA inspectors." ( "Brazil’s Nuclear Puzzle" , Science , p. 617, October 22, 2004 )

5) "Ukranian President Viktor Yuschenko said Friday that his country should produce it’s own nuclear fuel , part of the West- leaning leader’s effort to reduce it’s reliance on Russia following a dispute over natural gas prices. "We must cooperate with international allies on a serious political and economic level so that we can have a full cycle of processing and production of nuclear fuel ." ( "Ukraine wants to produce Own Nuclear fuel" , Associated Press , January 13, 2006 )

6) " Japan has notified the International Atomic Agency of it’s opposition to the IAEA Chief’s proposal for freezing nuclear fuel cycle development for 5 years as a way to prevent proliferation. Tokyo opposes the proposal .... because of the negative impact it would have on Japan’s atomic fuel cycle work at a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant in Rokkosho , Aomori Prefecture, the sources said . " (" Japan says says no to IAEA’s antiproliferation proposal" , Japan Times, March 1, 2005 )

7) " South Korea urged the UN’s nuclear watchdog on Thurday not to report to the Security Council over it’s work with atom bomb-grade material ... Earlier this month , The IAEA said in a report that South Korea enriched a tiny amount of uranium in 2000 close to that required for use in an atomic bomb. " ( "South Korea appeals to IAEA over nuclear experiments " , Decembre 26 ,2004 , China Daily )

8) "The UN nuclear agency , in a confidential report. said on Monday that Egypt was guilty of repeated failures to report nuclear activities , but downplayed any suggestion that this could be related to secret atomic weapons development. " ( " Egypt failed to report nuclear materials, activities : IAEA " , DAWN , February 15 ,2005 )

9) " It would allow not only India to keep it’s bombs , but it would permit it to use all of it’s own nuclear material for bomb -making while using nuclear fuel the US would supply for it’s civilian power programme.

If India receives this favour can Israel and Pakistan be far behind. " (Comments on US -India N-deal by Leonar Weiss , the architect of the 1978 Non proliferation Act.
