Dear Mr. Emery,

This is a response to your query letter dated August 23, 1967. I will now answer you. You stated that some of the reasons you were making an application was that you wanted to, "...get out of going back to school next week and...to make world peace...and I figured out the new physics." Thus, I apologize for the tardiness of our response. I hope your scholastic career was fruitful. Bureaucacy, Im afraid exists at all levels and all times. Your ability to discern our request for applicants by deciphering the letters pages of Fantastic Four comic books was proof that you had the rightto a consideration and a vetting was undertaken on your behalf. If I make reference to some of your current thoughs and feelings its because weve been tapping your phone and reading your mail for forty years. I want to point some things out to you. You deserve to know. Really theMen in Blackare heroes. Had all that Tesla stuff you read about in the library and internet come out on the consumer market, had modern individuals been allowed to propagate their water fueled engines, had the ambient static electricity light bulbs come to market then we wouldnt be here, none of us would.

The sad thing about all those free energy devices and perpetual motion machines is that they are true and do exist. You cant have one. Not even one. You cant have a car that runs on one watch battery. You cant have a house that runs on the electricity generated by a two bit bi-polar bridge inserted into a lemon. You cant have self heating meals for familty camping trips. You cant have the medical cures that can be generated by a coloured light bulb. Neither will you be allowed to keep burglars away from your house at night with a magnetic bottle force field generated by the parts recycled from a 1919 hand crank telephone. Not a chance. You cant have any of it no matter how simplistic or basic or life changing you think it might be. You cant have it because youre bad. Youre a prick. Well, maybe not you Marc but a lot of us are. A lot of us have lived through the stage of being mischievous kids and teens too. Some of us have been in states of rage and angry passion too. The thing is that the basic principle for all this stuff is just as Tesla concluded, as some of his intellectual ancestors discerned, Newtons 3rd law and magnets are misunderstood. (Lets keep it that way.) He went further as far as the reasoning went, that wa clear. He also ran into Thomas Kuhns wall of obstacles in the form of George Westinghousesdesire to bank some cash from selling electric rug sweepers and lamps. It was a simple tenet of ugly capitalism that probably saved the world right about then. Its not so free spirited now.

I think the critics and detractors of the suppression of knowledge dont realize just what infine and unlimitless energy really means. Keep in mind the modern hand held stun guns that some people carry as a defensive or offensive weapon. They generate 5000 volts of electricty from a nine vold DC barrery. The stun gun uses a step up generator to created that charge, it isnt magic. the Tesla stuff has its own version of the step up generator within its own paradigm. that too becomes obvious. Its nothing to turn this technology around from nice to not nice. Its simple as pie. Youve seen the newspaper headlines. If the wrong kid gets rejected from the chess club and isnt cool enough to join the library club everybody dies. Also there is such a thing as an accident. Experimental condtions cant be unstructured and ignorant either. This stuff is really complicated beyond a three level chess game. Lets say were all driving around in Fords that run on an eggshell and two ounces of water a year. Now if my teenage son wanted to I guess he could get a used engine out of the junk yard, hook it up to your lawn sprinkler and run like hell. No one would be able to stop it until two city blocks had melted. That might teach you to not make fun of the poor boysdog! Not everyone would behave that way. I admit there are plenty of people who have access to guns and other dangerous tools and they have bad days too when they are angry or when they get drunk but they dont go out and shoot up a school or factory or start some weird anti-social cult. I dont know why one in a hundred and fifty million do. Thing is; it does just take one guy to go wild with this technology. Because you could take a flashlight, the toaster, those speakers and a few other things around here, assemble them into a working resonator unit and turn it on. After a day and a half of dreadful chaos the earth would split in half.

You must see that people just cant be allowed to go down that road. If wouldn be reasonable or responsible to allow those roads or avenues to be explored intellectually and finally manifested. I say its obvious as any common idea is or becomes obvious. It retains the Àh so.feeling. But as it becomes obvious it impinges on many other ways of though including just about all of them. If you have unlimited power and can create life, what are you then, Marc? The world just cant seem to go there. You have to have this crap you got now; 19th century combustion engines, vast inequity and mortal risk.

You are a two year old just determined to stick your fingers in the electrical socket. You arent old enough. You arent wise enough. You can start your computer with a thumb print as part of the pass word. You could start this anti-gravity skate board with an encephallegram as part of the pass word. Your state of mind could effect the outcome of the ignition but thats an optional add on piece of hardware ìfyou build that into the device. You can leave it off or disable it and then the skateboardsfrequency modulator can take out a city. "Ooops. Sorry." says little Johnny. "You shouldnt have spanked me for stealing a bag of chips."

You cant have this stuff and still have angry and insane guys running around the planet. Once word gets out its over. Hours, days, weeks...the rush to judgement would be furious. Every crackpot and event artist would be in their basements and kitchens soldering radio parts and attaching alligator clips from their blenders in hopes of getting their name engraved on the Darwinian Cup of Extinction. Yipes! Poof. Then there is no one left to know who won and no record there was a race to be had or a road to run on.

This just becomes so problematic. You can see how some group might want to be able to detect something like that. Like, there is a bud that needs to be nipped early for sure. "All men are equal in their capacity to destroy a planet." Im sure Rousseau would have said, "Wow." or at least, "Chalice de tabernac de wow." So somehow an agency and series of enterprises must continually steer though away from re-examining 17th and 18th century science too closely. No grants for 17th century physics. Only a nut bar would ask for it or give it. I mean weve been past it for a long time. Were into progress now. Nuclear crap that wont be clean for ten thousand years. We wrecked or planetsair conditioner. Itll come back. The cupboard is getting a tad thin. Itll balance out. Lets not be too simplistic. Our environment and social conditons arent the way they are now excludively for lack of resources or available labour. So why should things improve with free energy? There is no way to license or control it. I know certain clever individuals want to cash in are are calling equity capital to manufacture freee energy devices. They better limit themselves to cashing peoplescheques and stealing patents. They can huckster out of their boiler rooms but they will not be allowed to hand out a cannon capable of wiping out a galaxy four hundred light years away int two seconds like free buttons at a political convention. Im sure their intention is not to make a device like that but the knowledge and theory of application would be built into everyone of their power supplies. Sorry.

Maybe for some its easier to understand why these things must be with held if you think of humanity as a ten year old. The most comprehending of those familiar with the concepts of free energy would understand why the adults wont let them drive or have credit cards for a real long time. Really long time. Humanity will go through whatever difficulties theyre going to go through with or without success but the free energy and anti-gravity path at this juncture would guarantee our fatal conclusion. Whats the answer? Love one another. I dont mean just a majority, I mean 100% with no deviation. Not one and not once. That was the easy answer which is always the basis for truth. the truth is easy. Its the deceptions that take all day. Cant do that? Having a tough time with free will? Got fears about a hive mentality? Your neighbour a prick? The cart must be built in anticipation of the horse to come. First humanity needs to build a nice temple for their hearts, everyones. Failing that we return to the argument of having people chipped with empathic switch mind couplers to deactivate energy systems or go without. I suppose there are other answers. Im sure they are all quite creative.
