Many Americans would like to see George Bush impeached, but the U.S. Constitution also provides other machinery for removing him from office. That would be the 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and enacted after the Kennedy assassination. It provides for the orderly removal of a President if he becomes disabled to the degree that he cannot fulfull his responsiblities. Go here for the text of the Amendment and annotations:

Arguably, Bush has mental disabilties which obstruct the effective performance of his duties. The Amendment provides that the Vice-President and a majority of the principal officers of the executive departments can declare the President to be disabled and remove him.

In that event the Vice-President would preare to assume the powers of the presidency. The President can dispute this. In he does, then Congress decides the issue. At this time I have not undertaken the task of assembling and presenting all the evidence which would justify this move being taken against Bush. I encourage readers to respond with arguments and evidence of this nature. To get the ball rolling, these photos of Bush might be useful:

CORRECTION BY MICHAEL WRIGHT:
In the third paragraph I meant to write PREPARE where I wrote "preare." BellaCiao does not provide an opportunity to preview the work, after entering the text, before making the final submission.

Problem is that Dick Cheney is just as dibilitated in his maniacal stance against reason.
He is probabl;y the principal advocate for PNAC within the administration along with cromies Doug Feith, Karl Rove, et al.

The whole Bush gang need to be brought to justice. Funny thought having the architect of all disasters in charge: Cheney. All decision made by this administration without the legislative power should be rolled back. Appointed judges should be questioned and prosecuted for their crimes, too.
To name a few Gonzales and Scalia.

So we end up with Cheney? Given that he’s the power behind the throne, I don’t see how this is an improvement. More fundamental changes are required, such as radically changing the way the President is elected such that he/she truly represents the best interests of the country as a whole rather than a cabal of special interests. Do the American people have the will to bring about these changes? Is there a leader out there who can galvanize them? Given what’s occurred over the last 50 years or so in how the US governs itself, it doesn’t look very hopeful!

I believe you Mr. Wright have mental disabilities. If you would like to place a bet of any amount that President Bush will be removed from office under this Amendment lets go. I am sure you did not bring this up when Clinton was out of his mind. I am sure you would agree that any President would have to be mentally disturbed to do the things he did while in charge.

We have to look through the smoke screens. The Democrats and the Republicans are basically the same, controlled by the same people. Neither of these parties are for the people and promise everything and provide nothing. They are money grubbing thieves and liars. They bed with big business and even own some or parts of the corporate world. They hold secret meetings on how to shaft the American people and control the rest of the world. The Americans should impeach Bush and his cabinet and declare martial law on Congress and the judges. They ignore anything that has to do with the Constitution and create their own statues. Impeach them all!

Ross Perot would have been elected as president if he had not dropped out of the race mysteriously. The American people know what is going on hey are not stupid. They can see the corporate world become monopolys and the huge monsters bribe the "representatives" and give them stock and perks we all know what goes on and the supreme court has made it legal for them to be bribed and have conflicts of interest in government contracts, and make secret deals with public money....it has all been challenged, it has all been legalized, these whores are all in the same bed.
The only thing you as a citizen, one of the people, can do is refuse to contribute to it in any way, don’t watch their propaganda news on corporate owned t.v., don’t do business with those companies who give campaing donation (Wal-mart, etc., etc.) don’t vote it is all rigged, and most of all voice your outrage at every opportunity and in these maggots faces. When they come to your town to ask for your support, shout them down, like Ben did to Cheneyburton when he told him to go fuck himself...this is all of the respect our present form of government warrants.
