Home > Bush should be impeached
Yes. Norma Abbey is right. Some people get their respect out of a crackerjack box. If President Clinton had done what President Bush has done, he would not have been impeached, he would have been railroaded out of Washington. Bush should be impeached for the lies he told, and for what he has done.
Clinton’s lies may have been an infraction of justice, but Bush’s lies and incompetence have cost many lives and great destruction. I would bet that the investigators were just as guilty of the same thing as Bush was.
A few days before 9/11, Bush received an urgent memo from George Tenet. It stated that there was an imminent danger of a terrorist attack in the U.S. by hijacking airplanes. Bush said, since it did not give a specific day, time or location, there was nothing he could do. So, he took a vacation. You notice he was out of Washington on 9/11. Than, after 9/11, he did not want an investigation of the fact. I wonder why? Then, after the 9/11 Commission whitewashed him, he was all for it, like it was his idea.
He also did not want an election in Iraq. Bush and Paul Breamer wanted a system of caucuses so they could put in whomever they wanted. Iraq’s leading Shiite cleric, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, said there had to be a direct election. He won. And, after the election, Bush made news stories like it was totally his idea.
If Bush had spent as much time and money going after bin Laden and al-Qaida people instead of Saddam, who had nothing to do with 9/11, by now he might have accomplished something.
Did you see what Donald Rumsfeld rode in when he was in Iraq? A Rhino-armored vehicle, supplied by a company doing work in Iraq. Guess which company and who supplied that company? That is one of the best armored vehicles made. But, isn’t it funny that the ones doing the fighting can’t get this vehicle? Red tape by our government.

The Bush administration is heavily influenced by the evangelical interpretation of the Book of Revelation, which predicts Armageddon, this is why the incredibly short sighted policies that have led to an enormous national debt, preemptive war(s) in the Middle East, and a lack of viable energy or environmental policies. They seem to forget all about the Bible though when itcomes to money which they can never get enough of, or how they hurt the poor and the middle classes.
