It states:

"Ten minutes after American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) controllers in New York saw United Airlines Flight 175 heading "right towards the city," [p.13] but thought it was aiming for an emergency landing at a New York airport, according to FAA documents released this week under the Freedom of Information Act and posted on the web by the National Security Archive."

It also mentions that hijackers were telling passengers that the plane would be returing to the airport. Additionally the hijackers made reference to "demands" and a bomb on board.

All of this is in exact alignment with my assembled evidence and arguments about 9/11. In August 2003, I put online the suspicion that George Tenet, his mentor David Boren, and another CIA agent named David Edger were the agency’s inner circle in 2001, and they let the 9/11 hijacking plan go forward because they mistakenly thought that they could overwhelm the hijackers with a sting operation. They were surprised by suicide crashes.

They believed that hijacked aircraft would be landed for negotiation over demands and hostages. This false expectation was incorporated into Tenet’s famous August 6 briefing to Bush. This was declassified and released to the 9/11 Commission in 2004.

Boren, president of the University of Oklahoma, had arranged for Edger to be appointed there as a "visiting professor" in the summer of 2001. Earlier Boren had been Chairman of the Senate’s Committee on Intelligence. During that period he had formed his mentor relationship with Tenet.
