George Bush needs YOUR help!

Everyone needs help at one time or another, perhaps the powerful most of all.
George W. Bush has come to the inevitable conclusion that he needs advice; not just from a political staffer or his whacko VP, but from what Lincoln called "The Common Man"...that would be us.

There are a host of areas where I think George could really use some meaningful advice. One is about nation building.
GW said in his 2000 campaign that he didn’t approve of nation building and would avoid it. Is it too late to remind him of what he said and ask him to start putting his money where his...?,well, you know.

Another point of interest is that he should learn from whom to take policy advice. Let me suggest that in future he steer clear from some men who offerd what can only be labeled as the WORST possible advice; Chalabi, Bremer, Franks, Brown,Rumsfeld, Snow, Perle, Wolfowitz, Tenet, and perhaps most of all...Karl Rove!

Bush could also have used a clue regarding Social Security modification, i.e. "don’t do it!"

Or advice about New Orleans "Learn to act swiftly, and even if you’re wrong you’ll be perceived as doing the right thing"

How about if he’d listened to economists? Not too late! Keep the deficits down, don’t make the tax cuts permanent, don’t initiate any more ghastly wars!...all will help save the US economy in the long run.

How about dumping Al Gonzales? If you continue to listen to his rulings on torture, soon the USA will have the worst human rights record in the world (actually we’re heading there right now)

How about ignoring Tricky Dick Cheney’s "shotgun approach" to world diplomacy? He’s always advocated an Empirical presidency, and has voted against almost every social service in our history! He is currently busy insulting Russia and pushing more military solutions for world "peace".!

Well, you get the idea. Why don’t YOU get involved and start helping George with some really sound advice? He’s still got nearly two horrible years to go before he shuffles off his political coil...plenty of time to get him on the right,er, the LEFT track.

What’s that? You don’t think so?
