“Which forces are in control, the public or shadow powers?” Peter Dale Scott, author, essayist and poet.
What made John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) such a threat to the “Shadow Government” that he had to be murdered? To begin with, he was an “American” in the finest sense of that word; a student of history and of the classics; and a lover of the Republic. JFK represented the best of the post-WWII generation. He put the U.S. first in all things, particularly in the area of foreign policy. (…)

Is Dubya an Agent of the New World Order?
15 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
1 comment“Out of these troubled times, our...objective can emerge—’a New World Order.’” - George Bush, Sr., Dubya’s Daddy
When you mention the word “conspiracy” to explain a situation, most people tune you right out. They think you’re a whack-oh. Yet, the U.S. Congress, as dumb as it is, subscribes to the proposition that there is such a thing. After the Civil War, it passed a law, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, to make it a crime for two or more individuals to agree to fix the price of goods in (…) -
Ask Conyers to Allow Kucinich to Present Impeachment Articles to House Judiciary Committee (video)
11 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
by David Swanson
On Thursday Congressman Dennis Kucinich, who had already introduced 3 articles of impeachment against Cheney and 35 against Bush introduced a single article of impeachment against Bush charging him with misleading Congress into a war on Iraq. Also on Thursday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi told the media that she expected the Judiciary Committee to consider the matter. And Kucinich held a press conference at which he said that what he wants is an opportunity to present his (…) -
The Seething

The Seething By David Glenn Cox
People generally are passive and understanding, but as the pressure builds the passivity evaporates and what is left behind is a crystallized seething. A feeling that says, “I’m being screwed and I’m tired of it and you hide and watch what happens to the next person that tries it.” President Bush made a You Tube appearance where he waved to onlookers as he stepped off Air Force One and they just stared back at him. (No caption necessary) Their silence spoke (…) -
Our Warrantless Wiretapping Lawsuit
11 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
This afternoon (10July2008), President Bush signed the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, a piece of legislation that will needlessly expand the government’s ability to spy on Americans and ensure that the country never learns the full extent of Bush’s unlawful wiretapping. There were many good Senators who showed courage in standing up to the White House and for the Constitution, but not enough.
A few hours after Bush’s signing, The Nation joined with the ACLU in a lawsuit filed in the US (…) -
Topless model turned Italian cabinet minister sues comedian over ’lewd act involving Berlusconi’ jibe (video)
11 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentBy Nick Pisa
It involves a former topless model and the Italian prime minister, and has all the makings of a risque joke.
But the story about Silvio Berlusconi and a glamorous female cabinet minister hasn’t left many people laughing.
In fact, model-turned-politician Mara Carfagna is now threatening to sue an Italian comedian who claimed she had performed a lewd act with the 71-year-old PM.
For a fortnight, the country’s newspapers had been buzzing with wild rumours that Mr Berlusconi (…) -

The Italian premier’s penchant for a pretty face usually arouses nothing more than a snigger. But now it could land him in court. By Peter Popham in Rome and Claire Soares
by Leonard Doyle
For years, Italy’s perma-tanned 71-year-old prime minister has got away with acting like a sultan in his harem, and the Italian media, forgiving to a fault of private peccadilloes, has left him to it. He has laid siege to television eye candy, appointed some of the prettiest and least qualified (…) -
Video: Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich: “Impeach President George W. Bush!”
11 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
On July 10, 2008, a 2 PM press conference was called, on Capitol Hill, by Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich (D-OH). At that time, he explained that later in the afternoon he intended to offer in the House of Representatives a single Resolution entitled, “An Article of Impeachment of President George W. Bush.” Rep. Kucinich charged that President Bush had “fraudulently obtained” authority from the U.S. Congress “to commit U.S. troops to combat in Iraq.” He detailed, for the media, some of the lies that (…)

Happy Birthday America: A Bunch of Spoiled, Whiny Brats
6 July 2008 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentThe American executive and legislative branches of government are in dire need of an aggressive purge in the form of a no-confidence referendum. Unfortunately, the American people have no such device to rid themselves of desiccated people and the interests that tell them what American national policies should be. More’s the pity, presidential candidates Barack Obama (D) and John McCain (R) have merely repackaged the status quo and are selling it as new-face-equals-new policy. None of it adds (…)

July 3, 2008
U.S. President George W. Bush recently stated that he would be remembered for liberating 50 million people from the clutches of barbaric regimes. Bush represents a lineage of liars whose expert propaganda turns truth on its hinder for the sake of promoting the power interests which they serve.
It is time that these lies be exposed and translated for the people of the US who do not seem to (…)
