Interviewing Chavez

Exclusive Venzuela’s Hugo Chavez asserts America is trying to kill him; that if he was an Iraqi he’d take to the trenches with an RPG and fire it at them.
In an exclusive television interview, he told this programme America could have its arms back - and says he will cut off oil supplies to the US if more sanctions are imposed. #.
He says he is protecting himself against US aggression - and says he may join forces with Tehran in their plan to undermine the US dollar by selling their oil in Euros.

Bush and cohorts needs to stop trying to run the world! We have enough problems as is, here in U.S. without them trying to overthrow a DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LEADER IN CHAVEZ! THEY DON’T LIKE CHAVEZ BECAUSE HE HELPS POOR OUT, UNLIKE THEIR GREEDY BASTARDS WHO MAKE MORE PEOPLE POOR! CHAVEZ SHOWS THEM UP FOR GREEDY S.O.B’S THEY ARE AND THAT IS WHY THEY DON’T LIKE HIM, PLUS THEY WANT TO STEAL HIS OIL! I am damn sick and tired of my country doing this other countries for Empire building and to steal their OIL! Chavez is right when he says we in America are oppressed!

I buy all of my gas from the CITGO stations , for they are owned by Venzuela and I know that my money is helping the poor in that country and not lining the CEO pockets of Exxon, Shell, etc.

listen you stupid shits - you love chavez and how much he gives to the poor? It’s real easy to give to the poor of your own country. But the bastard that is the "democratically elected leader" wishes to use his money that he gets from excess of Citgo to fund cells that will attack the U.S. So who’s country do you ignorant, garbage citizen people want to support? Chavez’s because its the politically correct thing to do? Or yours because this is where you live, and people want to attack it? All you morons who exclusively buy from Citgo . . . you guys just undermine the U.S. every day. You’re sick of your so called Imperialism? Then you run for office, and shut the hell up until you do.

I don’t know about Morales...I don’t follow his politics, but I do know about Chavez. There is nowhere that I’ve read that Fidel is his mentor...only an ally. They want to streghten Latin America and not have the USA keep trying to control us. They are trying to show how they don’t need the "democracies" of this world powers in order to run successful nations. Sure Castro has done some ill in Cuba and has violated the rights of many, but men like Bush and Tony Blaire do the same daily in sending young people to Iraq to die for the very rights they’ll never enjoy.
My Fathers uncle died in Cuba, because he had a radio station and protested against Fidel Castro...did it anger my family? Why yes, but it didn’t cos the majority of us to hate Castro...he really does care for Cuba first and Latin America next. My cousins still live in Cuba to this day and are happy there.
Hugo Chavez has done so much for the Venezuelan people, it is the American media who try to portray him as a leftist dictator. That is an untruth, Chavez cares about all of Latin America and refuses to let Bush’s regime run us. He is a hero, and Castro in his own right does plenty for the poor, forgotten, and abused...
These are the only two Latin American leaders who’ve truly shown love and compassion to the Haitian people...to my people. Aside from Canada and lately Colombia they are the only ones who’ve extended a hand to Haiti in the Western Hemisphere. I don’t count Dominican Republic because they are our Brothers and therefore whatever we suffer they suffer...they will always help us.
Chavez is a bit too passionate especially in how he is thrusting himself in almost all Affairs that touches LatAm, and in some ways he is over stepping his authority. I know Colombia, Argentina, and some other countries are a bit upset with him for his over zealous ways, and like you say even the geniouses need to know when to be silent and observe. But Chavez is a man of passion a man of action, and Venezuela isn’t 100% the greatest country, but under Chavez’s rule the people have a voice and Venezuela is gaining noteriety, not only that but Latin America in general is being seen as something more then America’s backyard, and that is soooo important for us to have someone on this side of the world who Bush can’t validly accuse of terrorism and try and take down...
Chavez knows they will try and assasinate him, they already have, but he won’t back down. I respect that so much in him, and I am hopeful that if all of us unite...truly, each country work together outside of US dominance our countries will definitely progress and keep their cultures rich and beautiful. That is my hope for Latin America...I think it’s Chavez’s as well. Maybe he isn’t a hero...but atleast he isn’t an asesino como Bush.
I don’t care what anyone says...Chavez is a Hero to me, the USA and London can paint him as evil, can say he’s power hungry, but you know what. Not every country can be ran like the USA. Not every people are made to rule themselves through a fake representative democracy such a this one.

To all of you stupid Americans living in the U.S. of A.
NAFTA and CAFTA
Then you get the shafta,
Because of all the grafta
you’ll be broke forever afta...
Now that the U.S. official policies include shipping as many jobs out of the U.S. to the countries where there are abundant slaves, and those jobs that can’t be shipped out will be filled with imported slaves from around the world you’re pretty much fucked. But take heart, the debt for the mega trillions that the U.S.A has borrowed for Bu$hco will be your’s all your’s and your great grand children will get to inherit something from you afterall.
