WASHINGTON — President Bush has full confidence in Michael Chertoff and has not considered asking the homeland security secretary to step down after criticism of his performance on Hurricane Katrina, the White House said Tuesday."Secretary Chertoff is doing a great job," White House press secretary Scott McClellan said, answering a reporter’s question about Chertoff. "The president appreciates his strong leadership. He is someone who is committed to doing everything he can to protect the American people and to continuing to take steps to make sure we are better prepared to respond to the threats that we face."

WHICH DISASTER ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO DHS SECRETARY CHERTOFF MANAGING?
An eruption, perhaps?

Maybe a tornado?

Would you prefer a nuclear plant mishap?

How about a dam breach?

Would you rather him handle an earthquake?

What about if the White House’s warnings come true?

We need to bring change to the state and city level. What we need to do is ignore the false government that thinks they are in control of everything, and maybe it will slink away back to the dark alley from which it came. The disasters discussed here will happen from state to state, city to city. City and state officials need to realize that they are on their own in this. The government is no help, it is not reliable, and when it does come in to play, it plays devils advocate. (yeah, Katrina is coming...lets plan on blowing up certain barriers so certain districts will get flooded before others etc...or lets just wait and see how many people die before we offer help..decrease our minority population a bit...) Our government is not here to help anymore, it is here to hinder and promote capitalist populace control in the guise of big government. In my own state of Arizona (the hoover damn is shown here, but there are others and if they are breached the Salt River will flood 3 miles along its banks of the metropolitan area in as much as 30 feet of of gushing water. We have no plans in Az for how to handle such a disaster, and we need one. Especially if there actually ARE terrorists out there...which I doubt, considering how EASY it would be to rent a few propane tanks from any damn grocery store...and...well, i’m sure you get the idea. If there actually were terrorists in this country, wouldn’t they be looking at all options to cause damage and destruction? Plus all it took was Malvo and his boyfriend to pluck a few people on the freeway from the trunk of his car to keep most of the east coast hiding inside for weeks. But then, we don’t need terrorists to keep us afraid...we have FOX news.

We need to introduce the fourth power the people. In Switzerland they can vote on issues and they can also vote out the bad guys/gales.
The plebiscite is the only way to keep politicans under control!
