The Great Distraction : Cheney "improperly" handled press notification

Let’s not play the ballgame on THEIR terms. The issue is not the way Cheney "mishandled " a PR issue. The issues are 1) Cheney , as pointed out by Alex Jones , was within 10 feet of the man he shot. Will the press check out the ballistics and , for once, tell the truth ? I hold not my breath. 2 ) The second issue is the blatant obstruction of justice , a jerrry-rigged partnership by Cheney , the Secret Service and the local constabulary to coverup Cheney’s drunken state at the time of this shooting 3 ) And to all those brain-dead Christian Zionists out there , it need be pointed out that Cheney and his hunting buddy were partying with two women not their wives. The issue is not Dick Cheney’s improper handling of the event or his penchant for secrecy . From his wicked perspective , Cheney "handled" a disastrous situation with great aplomb. The delay has made it impossible to prove that he was drunk as a skunk when he shot his buddy. 4 ) Cheney’s fallback position that he had just one beer on that that possibly fatal afternoon is as credible as all the other lies he’s told during these 5 years of Fascist Hell. IT’S NOT ABOUT PR. He committed a serious crime and has , to date , engaged in a successful conspiracy to cover up that crime. Given the parlous state of the news media can we doubt for a moment he will be granted yet another pass , facts be damned. God help you or me if we pulled such a stunt. Do we want this duplicitous drunken stooge leading the clarion call for another insane venture : The Anschluss of Iran ?
