He’s been called Elliot Ness. He certainly has treated the Bush administration as if they were untouchable. The CIA Leak Case is no more. It’s the wreck of St. Patrick Fitzgerald .

Questions for Mr. Fitzgerald

1) Judge Tatel was presented hard evidence that the Bush administration had engaged in a national security crime that constituted a "breach in the public trust". Why has the Office of Special Counsel refused to perform it’s solemn duty to prosecute these crimes ?

2) Is it perhaps the Office of Special Counsel is afraid to expose the real reason behind the CIA Leak ? Namely , did traitorous neocons conspire to "embarass" former ambassador Wilson or is that the cover story for the real mission at hand ? The destruction of a CIA unit , Brewster-Jennings and Assocociates ,that was proving to be a hindrance for Israeli-Ukranian- Russian Mafiya figures and their burgeoning worldwide nuclear proliferation racket ?

3) As US attorney for the Northern District of Illinois , is it not true that the sainted Mr. Fitzgerald implemented US policy that protected suspect activities allegedly taking place at the American Turkish Consulate in Chicago ? Is that why he was was chosen to lead this "investigation" ?

4) Mr. Fitzgerald pretends that he does not have the requisite evidence to bring forth prosecution of subjects of his investigation for violations of the Espionage Act. This is errant nonsense and he is clearly engaging in the obstruction of the administration of justice. Is Mr. Fitzgerald following his previous conduct when he was the the Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of NY ? Then he ,along with Michael Chertoff, covered up the clear involvement of an FBI informant who ,acting on orders of the Bureau , attempted to bomb the World Trade Center Towers in 1993.
In 2000, he covered up the outrageous conduct of FBI/CIA asset Ali Mohammed ,who played key roles in the 93’ WTC bombing and nearly simultaneous bombing of two US Embassies in Africa. Mohammed never testified at the Embassy bombing trials and has just been quietly released by the Bush administration.

5) Mr. Fitzgerald feigns not to know the connections between the figures in the CIA Leak Case and the American Turkish Council. Why is that so? Why,sir, have you turned this case into the Wreck of the Patrick Fitzgerald ?

    Should he really do what the task requires, then the leadership would be no more and that cannot be let to happen.

    There should be something in the archive from a year or so ago where I predicted that this would be the case; that one or two low flying aids would be tagged and that they even would never serve any jail time.

    It was plain to see then — I wonder why people did not see this then and I wonder why they complain now?

    Wait as see nothing will come of any of the Plame affair. It will simply fade away.

    • You were right a year ago. I didn’t suspect this result until a few months ago. But as you say, he’s a team player. Of course the Damnablecrats want this to disappear as much as the GOP does.
