Home > WILL THE SUPREME COURT STAND - UP ?
Today the Supreme Court took a rare stance .... Namely the justices chose to defend the US Constitution against the Bush usurpers ..... Specifically , the High Court struck down the authority of the Unitary dicktator to convene extra-constitutional star chambers - otherwise known as military tribunals ' ..... More to the point , the Court rejected the argument that has held sway for these long years of tyranny ( the post 9/11 epoch ).... No the unitary dicktator can not convene these tribunals of injustice by exercising so called
inherent powers’ of the chief executive under the guise of protecting us from Al Qaeda or other assemblies of `evil doers’ ..... Will the Court continue to stand up to the Bush neocons and their fellow travellers and follow through on the precedent just established ? ..... Will they tell the Bush-neocon machine that they have no constitutional right to issue presidential signing statements and to engage in the wiretapping of Americans without obtaining lawful warrant ? ...... All of the DEPREDADTIONS OCCURING IN THIS POST 9/11 EPOCH HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED BY INVOCATION of this bizarre legal doctrine ..... Enourmous pressure will be placed on this Court to get them to cave in - and back down ..... A Counterpressure of support for the actions of the 5 members of the Court who stood up - finnally- to the constitutional usurper is in order ....... By your suport you can help them grow the needed spine..... It is a Constitutional Republic - if you can keep it !

I wish the courts in the Alaskan bush would also stand up for true justice because as of right now they continue to violate human rights by ignoring rights of Indigenous Alaskans. Bethel is a hot bed of corrupt judges, DAs and "state" troopers. These immoral and scum without soul have long perpetuated their crimes against humanity along the lines of President Bush and comapny.
A shining example is "judge" Dennis Cummings at Bethel’s house of evil who continues to ignore the fact that the first Alaskans never sold their land nor rights to Russia, Russia could not sell what it does not own! By his own admission there are two "justice systems in Alaska...one for the urban areas and one for the bush...talk about discrimination and apartheid in Alaska!
