Washington’s secret germ warfare laboratory will violate international law

This article should help to bring some light to at least one factor of what is going on ... especially straight after the revelation that ’something or someone somewhere’ is purchasing uranium from the Congo region that is mined illegally by natives desperate for any type of income...

It’s a fairly sure bet that the evidence about Iraq was cooked ... only wishful thinking and creative denial keep that from becoming a real public issue and the war continues unchecked.

It’s a fair bet that at some point ’evidence’ will surface that is going to seem to incriminate a couple more of the targets of mass destruction by the US Military on the say so of the US administration.

The hype is going to choke the average thinking being ... being anchored on some incidental material may help ride it to shore again...

Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan president, has invited Iran to invest in his country’s oil and gas industries during talks with Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, the Iranian president. Talking to reporters in Tehran, Chavez said that he hoped Iran would invest in Venezuela’s Orinoco region. "We invite Iranian companies to the Gulf of Venezuela and the delta for gas production," he said on a visit to Iran as part of a four-nation mission that included Qatar, Russia and Belarus. Iranian investment in Venezuela last year was worth $1 billion, most of it in oil and gas and engineering sectors.

This is skating along nicely ... the unchecked carnage of the Middle East, and the ’other side’ making treaties and friendships and trade deals. That would make four South American nations, Russia and now, Iran, all working nicely ’together.’ It seems likely anytime now that ’missing uranium illegally mined in the Congo’ turns up somewhere it shouldn’t to ’prove’ some case against one or more nations.

How many readers know that Venezuela has some of the very best uranium supplies on the planet and could feasibly establish its own nuclear power plants without needing any other nation?

So ... now the conspiracy is loose and working ... Venezuela is allegedly suspected of potentially or possibly supplying the non-ready but potentially cooperative Iran with the uranium and of course, Cuba is obviously likely to be enriching the material and, instead of building power stations like they said [Iran and Venezuela (into the future)], they are obviously building nuclear weapons to attack the US with ... or defend themselves against the US with...

Yesterday it was revealed that Russia intends to plant a massive amount of funding in the four nation South American syndicate to drill, pipe and process Venezuelan natural resources ... China is happily picking out its best options. And slowly but surely, the ’Allied nations’ are shrinking into this despot world of manufactured surrealism and complacent acceptance by the people themselves ... after all what can anyone do?

I’m not sure what one can do, but what one SHOULD do is become informed and literate about what is ’really happening’ around the individual...

Construction work has begun near Washington on a vast germ warfare laboratory intended to help protect the US against an attack with biological weapon, but critics say the laboratory’s work will violate international law and its extreme secrecy will exacerbate a biological arms race.

The National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Centre (NBACC), due to be completed in 2008, will house heavily guarded and hermetically sealed chambers in which scientists simulate potential terrorist attacks.

One might wonder how secretly housing scientists in laboratories which will keep deadly ’bio weapon grade ’bugs’’ is going to protect the USA against an attack with a biological weapon... violating international law doesn’t seem to worry the US at all though — and inventing irrational, illogical reasons to even establish such a concept is a true signal of how far out of control the Administrations really are!

The covertness has some arms-control specialists concerned that U.S. biodefense policy, as carried out by the Department of Homeland Security, the center’s creator, could "skirt the edges" of an international treaty outlawing the production of even small amounts of biological weapons, the newspaper said. The administration insists the center’s work is purely defensive and thus fully legal. It has rejected calls for oversight by independent observers outside the department’s network of government scientists and contractors.

This is very reassuring, I am sure. Who to isn’t determined yet though...

The few public documents that describe NBACC’s research mission have done little to quiet those fears. A computer slide show prepared by the center’s directors in 2004 offers a to-do list that suggests the lab will be making and testing small amounts of weaponized microbes and, perhaps, genetically engineered viruses and bacteria. It also calls for "red team" exercises that simulate attacks by hostile groups. NBACC’s close ties to the U.S. intelligence community have also caused concern among the agency’s critics. The CIA has assigned advisers to the lab, including at least one member of the "Z-Division," an elite group jointly operated with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory that specializes in analyzing and duplicating weapons systems of potential adversaries, officials familiar with the program confirm. Bioweapons experts say the nature of the research envisioned for NBACC demands an unusually high degree of transparency to reassure Americans and the rest of the world of the US government’s intentions.

One by one the pieces are revealed and REAL BAD BOYS are being exposed, one by one... the Western World WANTS to be deceived ... otherwise, it wouldn’t live in a perpetual state of denial...
