According to Iraqi Council of Representatives Oil and Energy Committee member Furat al-Sharei, the 10 oil fields that spread across the Iraqi-Kuwaiti frontier are still waiting to have a line drawn through them to delineate the border, more than eight years after a coalition led by U.S. forces toppled the regime of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. According to al-Sharei, the two countries must first collaborate in developing legislation for equitably sharing the fields before oil extraction (…)

Saudi Prince Calls for Kingdom to Acquire WMDs
9 December 2011So much for peace in the Middle East.
On 5 December Prince bin Turki al Faisal, speaking at the “The Gulf and the Globe” conference in the Saudi capital Riyadh urged the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to become a powerful regional bloc by establishing a unified armed force and defense structure.
While bin Turki’s call for the GCC to pool its military resources is nothing new, his idea of supporting Gulf countries acquiring weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) if Israel and Iran (…) -
Australia’s ABC censors Australia- & UK-complicit WW2 Bengali Famine (6-7M dead)
8 December 2011The neocon-infested, taxpayer-funded ABC (the Australian equivalent of the UK BBC) has an appalling record of censorship, lying by omission and lying by commission. The ABC has censored reportage of the Australia-complicit 1942-1945 Bengal Famine (Bengali Famine, Bengali Holocaust) in which the British, with Australian complicity, deliberately starved 6-7 million Indians to death in 1942-1945.
India contributed an army of 2.4 million men to assist the British war effort in World War 2. (…) -
Please sign Avaaz & 350.org petitions for World & US climate action at Durban
8 December 2011The USA is a world leading annual per capita greenhouse gas (GHG) polluter but is refusing to make required cuts in GHG pollution.
In 2009 the WBGU, which advises the German Government on climate change, estimated that for a 75% chance of avoiding a disastrous 2C temperature rise (EU policy; would you board a plane with a 25% chance of crashing?) the world can emit no more than 600 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) between 2010 and zero emissions in 2050.
At its present rate of (…) -

December 6, 2011 Dean Henderson
After agonizing months of Republican bread and circus Presidential debates, the Illuminati have spoken. With Occupy chaos engulfing the streets of America and with a dressed down Uncle Herman and a dressed up Donald Trump in tow, the banksters have thrown their weight squarely behind Lockheed Martin Manchurian candidate Newt Gingrich.
Hat tip to conspiracy researcher Texe Marrs, who several months back (…) -

Losing free expression and assembly rights threatens others. They’re basic ones Israel’s High Court affirmed.
It said the "true test of freedom of expression lies in allowing the airing of views that are (…) -

EU Class War Goes Hot in Italy
5 December 2011Welfare Minister Signora Fornero and unelected Italian leader Mario Monti announce austerity "sacrifice," "shared" among Italy’s elderly, who will see their pensions cut. Workers may not retire until age 66 and will have to pay longer to get the same benefits. The wealthy were spared any tax increase whatsoever.
To bankers like Monti, misery imposed on the poor is laughable, as is sympathy. -
