Scotland to remain Corrupt Britannia’s Colony?
13 May 2007If it was the intention of Blair’s venal Nu Labor administration in London to make a mockery of the Scottish electoral process they certainly succeeded.
After last week’s electoral count fiasco when Data Research Service’s superduper electronic counting machines went into meltdown, producing around 142,000 rejected ballot sheets 3.5% of the Scottish electorate were effectively disenfranchised. To that must be added the thousands of postal ballots that were never received on time.
If this (…) -
Police raids in Germany
13 May 2007According to mainstream media, over 800 policemen were involved in raiding 40 left-wing political objects with the support of 20 public prosecutors.
Whilst German television channels reported live from the razzias in the big cities, according to the populist press farms in Schleswig-Holstein, Brandenburg and Niedersachsen were also affected.
Several reasons were given so far for the raids, which nevertheless seemed to centre on and affect mainly infrastructure and logistics around the (…) -

"HOME" isn’t always where the heart is
11 May 2007Heading into the Hellishly hot Iraq Summer once again. Fresh, wet-behind-the-ears Guard troops shipped into the broiler to fight a nondescript enemy of occupation. Some terrorists, some foreign religious fighters, some angry Iraqis whose parents or kids took a bullet of a bomb.
As these new guys compliment the existing surge with trepidation and anxiety, motivated by career or ire or the dream of a good education at taxpayer expense...others, the hardened 3rd or 4th termers, with scorched (…) -

In his first speech to supporters after his election on May 6, 2007 Nicolas Sarkozy said the time had come for radical change in France : "The French have spoken. They want to break with the old ideas and way of doing things. That’s why I’ll make certain values honourable again. Work, for example, as well as authority, moral principles and respect."
M. Sarkozy was elected with the overwhelming support of voters over 65, many of whom were fearful of ’civic unrest’ France (…) -

Who is Newport Chamber of Commerce Loyal To? Not Veterans
10 May 2007Letter to Newport Chamber of Commerce in response to the exclusion of VFP and others from their Loyalty Day Parade, May 5, 2007 Gordon
To Whom it May Concern:
I have read several reports about your recent "Loyalty Day" parade and the exclusion of the Veterans for Peace and other groups with messages calling for an end to war. There is video tape of parade organizer, Patty Louisiana saying that the peace message, even from combat veterans, "doesn’t support the spirit of our community". Is (…) -
Read All About It: Great Nation Still Perplexed Over Why it Went to War
10 May 2007Whoever tells the truth is chased out of nine villages. Turkish proverb The books pile up. Commentators liberally critique. Critics liberally comment. In a kaleidoscopic rush of analysis, disseminated mostly on the internet, the reasons and the causes for the Iraq War ceaselessly tumble forth. Sad, many of the moves are made to cover someone’s ass. Tenet didn’t mean ’Slam Dunk’ but ’Foul Shot’ it turns out. And he didn’t want to release the information he had before the election, well, (…)
