Ce profit est le résultat d’une balance entre les recettes et les dépenses liées à une activité, qui doit pour être viable dégager une plus-value, c’est à dire être finalement positive. A la limite de la perte et du profit se trouve un point « zéro », que l’on appelle le seuil de rentabilité.
C’est la recherche de ce seuil de rentabilité qui détermine la viabilité d’un projet, ce qui signifie que le lancement d’une activité dépend d’un (…) -

Avec six voix contre trois, la Cour Suprême - plus haute juridiction des Etats-Unis - a décidé que Hank Skinner, condamné à mort au Texas, peut se pourvoir auprès de la juridiction civile pour réclamer que soient effectués des tests ADN, ce qui lui avait toujours été refusé par le Texas, alors qu’il le réclamait depuis 1995.
Incarcéré depuis 1994 dans le couloir de la mort au Texas, Hans Skinner clame depuis 15 ans son innocence. Le 24 mars 2010, il avait échappé à la mort - 35 (…)
