Pinkerton Academy, the Derry, NH high school accused in a teacher-student sex cover-up and Diane E. Foster (nee Burrell, now Kanady) the former IT teacher who groomed a young student while on a ’class trip’ have a powerful ally in Joe Durkin.
Articles published by a Pinkerton alumnus were removed from the Pinkerton Academy Alumni Group, without notice, shortly after they were published yesterday.
Durkin, who works for Atlanta, GA based ColorSphere Graphics and is also described as the "group owner" did not reply to requests for an explanation why the group’s 514 members should not be informed about the criminal behavior of school officials and at least one former teacher.
As was reported by WireNews+Co, unfortunately, Diane E. Kanady and Pinkerton Academy officials cannot be prosecuted criminally due to the statute of limitations for crimes involving sexual assault or sexual abuse.
