Happy Gay New Year (it’s the effing Constitution Stupid)

U.S. President Barack Obama has signed, into U.S. law, the National Defense Authorization Act.
Obama stated, "I want to clarify that my administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention, without trial, of American citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a nation."
Well, Barack, it’s so comforting to know that YOUR administration will not "authorize" the indefinite military detention (without trial) of citizens of the United States of America.
My first question is: What about the NEXT administration? Will they be so generous to the American people? God help us if a Bachmann or a Santorum get into office. (Anyone remember that the first casualties of Hitler’s reign of terror were gays? Homosexuals within the Nazi Party were murdered and a hundred thousand gays were arrested with some citizens being held indefinitely in military detention - also known as "concentration camps" - , without trial.)
Both Bachmann and Santorum, while running low in current polls, are very real contenders for the presidency. It’s just a matter of time before the bipolar, schizophrenic, voting public and/or vote stealing Rove-type Republicans pull off a national win. Both Bachmann and Santorum have stated, in no uncertain terms, that being gay is anti-American. (Santorum said gays, "threaten society" and Bachmann called gays, "dangerous") And Anti-American acts, whether by al Qaeda or by gays, will be treated in the same fashion. And that fashion is precisely the indefinite military detention, without trial, of U. S. Citizens . . . just as this new law would allow a Rick or Michelle to do.
And second, Mr. Obama, it’s sweet that you, "believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a nation."
But here’s the bad news Barack: indefinite military detention of U. S. Citizens without trial is neither a "tradition," like Christmas trees, nor an American "value," like heterosexual marriage or stealing oil from small countries or paying obscenely low pornographic prices for fruit and sugar from the poverty enslaved peoples of the Banana Republics that "we" have installed South of our border . . . . it is, in fact, STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by the BILL OF RIGHTS in the Constitution of the United States of America.
BO added, "I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists."
Uh, reservations, or not, (and I’m being kind here) you signed it into law dumb ass.

Persecution of gays will be followed by persecution of journalists who don’t "get in line." and that will be followed by intellectuals, who "have a bone to pick," with this or any future administration. Then it’s protesters followed by liberals, people of color (remember the "Ayrian" mandate?), and those with religious views that do not expressly endorse the official agenda. The good news? The coming economic collapse might happen before they get all the way through their hairbrained world domination campaign.
