The American Republic will apologize to the People of China

Once in power, the American Republic governmet will formly apologize to the people of China, for the lies and crimes inflicted on them and their government for many years. Many other nations attempted to use the power of the dragon for themselves. Now that China is an equal partner, its only right to ask for forgivness for what the current USA government did to take power from the people of China.
