4 MILLION post-1990 Iraq excess deaths per anti-Arab anti-Semitic Bush Wars, Sanctions - now IRAN?

Decent folk are OBLIGED to examine the human and financial cost of the Iraq War in comparison with this $1 billion offer that could have prevented it if Bush were not INTENT on invading and occupying Iraq for OIL and HEGEMONIC CONTROL. Some relevant key statistics are listed below for your convenience and in the interests of Humanity.
