    Judy Miller is the coauthor of a book on germ warfare and was the NY Times star investigative reporter for Weapons of Mass Destruction. She was jailed by Patrick Fitzgerald for not cooperating with the investigation of who leaked the identity of a CIA asset, investigating Weapons of Mass destruction.
