Call Initiative in favour of Palestine and the Plate of Syrian Golan occupied

Condemning L’aggression D’Israel counters the Palestinian people, the sanctions and the indecent seat of the international community and any form of violence interpalestinienne, we launch a call at the international community, the civil company and the political direction Palestinian.
Us, organizations of the civil company members of L’initiative in favour of Palestine
and of the Plate of Syrian Golan occupied (OPGAI), let us address our most cordial greetings to the Palestinian people and to all the Moslems and to the Arabs with L’occasion of " Id Al-Fitr ".
We hope for that the festival of L’next year will be celebrated in the freedom of our movements, that of our rights and in L’independence.
OPGAI was created in 2004 by several ONG of Palestine and the Plate of Syrian Golan occupied so D’to help with the defense of the rights of the populations of the two occupied territories.
As such, we would like to express our major concern on the conditions political, social and economic current in occupied Palestine and to insist on what follows :
1 - We condemn the continuous collective punishment by military Israel and its aggressions on the Palestinian people, especially in Gaza, as well as the construction which continues wall D’apartheid. These measurements are absolutely unacceptable for the Palestinians, the Arabs and a great part of the international community.
2 - We as soon as condemn the international sanctions imposed to the Palestinian people their second democratic parliamentary elections. These sanctions which led to the indecent seat of the occupied Palestinian people in the West Bank and in the Gaza Strip were imposed only parce the result on the Palestinian elections was not appropriate for the governments D’Israel and of the United States.
We also condemn all forms of interior violences - of which abductions, the destruction D’governmental and nongovernmental establishments Palestinian - just as the incentives used in the Palestinian public speeches because they are vermin with our right cause.
Basing itself on what precedes, we call the international community, the civil company and the political direction Palestinian with :
to immediately intervene so D’to ensure the respect and L’application by Israel of the international law and the resolutions of the United Nations concerning Palestine and the Plate of Golan, in particular those related to the right to the return and L’self-determination.
to put an end to the indecent seat of the occupied Palestinian people and at the international politics which S’pay to it and which crush the Palestinian population.
to rebuild and start again L’Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) for qu’it can have an important role as a movement of release of which actions
melt on democratic procedures with the political participation broadest possible of the Palestinian people.
to solve the Palestinian internal dissensions by the dialogue, alone average for a constructive resolution of the conflict.
to cease any incentive within the Palestinian factions immediately, to withdraw all the forces armed with the streets, to prevent any internal combat and murder and D’to impose L’impartiality on the Palestinian public force of safety in the current internal combat for the political power.
to stop L’use of violence in the treatment of the Palestinian internal conflicts and to protect the personal and public property.
to encourage the co-operation between all the Palestinians and the publicly-owned establishments in an effort to allow the right combat for the human rights and freedom, for the lifting of the immoral seat and the right of each one, including Palestinian factions, to defend its opinions and its beliefs.
to exempt health and L’education public of the strikes which continue employees of the public sector, because their inclusion have disastrous consequences for L’future of the Palestinian people.
