Ann Wright announced tonight that Caravans will be leaving Camp Casey in different directions August 31st heading to Washington, stopping all over the country to organize for the March on Washington on September 24th.
Why?
Labor Day is a huge travel holiday... why not advertise Crawford, Texas as the site of the Great American Campout this Labor Day Weekend. I don’t know for sure, but in all likelihood our vacationing President will stay thru the (…)

11 commentsWHY BUSH INVADED IRAQ
By Peter Fredson
Let me see if I got it right. Bush is away on a long vacation when teams of Muslims, most of them from Saudi Arabia, crash 3 planes into government installations, another falls into a field, but none were intercepted despite considerable intelligence that this might happen. So Bush and Cheney get into planes, and scoot into bunkers. Later they make speeches while letting their Saudi Arabian oil partners fly out of possible embarrassment. And this (…) -
Why not use the Patriot Act against religious fanatics like Pat Robertson?

Just yesterday in his broadcast on the 700 Club Reverend Pat Robertson called for the assassination of President Hugo Chavez who is the President of Venezuela.
I find this outrageous coming from an alleged man of God.
I find this equally outrageous that a man who believes in the sanctity of all human life would call for this.
By calling for a world leader’s assassination, this proves that he is NOT PRO LIFE, but part of the sick machine that has taken hold of our (…) -

"President Bush charged Tuesday that anti-war protesters like Cindy Sheehan who want troops brought home immediately do not represent the views of most U.S. military families and are ’advocating a policy that would weaken the United States.’"
Bringing our troops home from the quagmire that he has gotten us into will be weakening the United States? George: even if you pretend you didn’t know that Saddam did not have weapons of mass destruction and Iraq was not threat to (…) -

Radical cleric’s call for assassins
23 August 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
8 commentsA radical cleric has called on his flock to assassinate a South American President recently elected in a democratic election that did not conflict with exit polls.
Pat Robertson acting as the holy see for evangelical extremist associated with his 700 club is promoting the use of assassination to defend Americas oil supply in South America.
The Radical cleric has a long history of support for Bush and his neocon allies, his threat should not be taken as idle talk.
The world will be (…) -

The Trial of Sacco and Vanzetti
by Doug Linder
Sacco and Vanzetti: for a generation of Americans, the names of the two Italian anarchists are forever linked. Questions surrounding their 1921 trial for the murders of a paymaster and his guard bitterly divided a nation. As the two convicted men and their supporters struggled on through appellate courts and clemency petitions to avoid the electric chair, public interest in their case continued to grow. As the end drew near, in August (…) -

CRAWFORD - Shortly after Joan Baez arrived Sunday afternoon at Camp Casey II, she gave a press conference with the Gold Star Families, all of whom have lost loved ones in the war. She talked with them, and she cried with them.
Ms. Baez returned to the trailer to prepare for her performance, speaking only in whispers when it was necessary to speak at all, saving her voice.
She gave a moving performance, peppered with energy, emotion, humor, and humanity. She even showed (…) -

The Military is used to shut down a rave. The military is used on US soil. Anyone else have a problem with that? This is crossing the line into full on fascism- hired thugs that will go anywhere, brutalize anyone, even teenagers, no questions asked. Demand the mainstream media show this footage.
